How AI is billed

LexAI on the servers LexRing operates is part of your plan, within the allowance shown. Leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic are billed separately: through LexRing, or connect your own key and pay the provider directly. Your firm can also have AI switched off.

Who counts as a user?

Everyone who works in LexRing: lawyers, assistants and back office.

Why do plans have minimum users?

Business starts at 3 users, Professional at 10 and Enterprise at 25, because those plans include services that only make sense for a team. A smaller firm can still buy the minimum.

Is onboarding included?

Migration is scoped to your current system, and we quote it before you sign. White-glove migration is included in Enterprise. Every go-live comes with the 30-day guarantee.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Talk to us and we will move you to the plan that fits as your firm grows.
