Privacy notice for this website

Draft for review by LexRing’s data protection lead. Last updated: November 2026.

This notice explains what happens to your data when you use www.lexring.com. It covers this website only. When a firm uses the LexRing product, the firm’s contract and data processing agreement apply.

Who is responsible

LexRing sp. z o.o., Twarda 18, 19th floor, 00-105 Warsaw, Poland, is the controller. Questions about your data: privacy@lexring.com.

Visiting the website

Our server processes your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time, so that it can deliver the page and keep the site secure. Server logs are deleted after a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts and images are served from our own server. No third party is contacted when a page loads.

The “Is LexRing for me?” finder

Your answers stay in your browser while you tap through. When you reach the result, the answers are stored anonymously: firm size, current system, the topics you chose and your view on AI. We store no name, no IP address and no cookie with them, and we cannot link them to you. We use them to learn what firms care about.

If you then send the form on the result page, your answers go with your request, so that we can prepare the demo.

Demo and contact forms

We process what you enter: name, work e-mail, firm, country and, if you give them, phone, firm size, firm type, plan and message. We also store the page you sent the form from, the site you came from, any campaign tag in the link, and the version of this notice that you accepted.

We use this to answer your request and to prepare and follow up on a possible contract. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data is stored in our website database, then passed to the LexRing portal, where our team handles enquiries. The copy in the website database is deleted 90 days after it has been passed on, or after 90 days if it could not be passed on. In the portal we keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, and for at most 3 years after the last contact, unless a contract follows.

To limit abuse, we keep a salted hash of your IP address with each submission. We do not store the address itself.

Analytics

We measure use of the website with PostHog only if you accept in the cookie banner. See the cookie notice for details. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who receives the data

Our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf. Our team and the people who support our systems have access where they need it. We do not sell personal data. We pass data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, where the law provides for this. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing before withdrawal.

Write to privacy@lexring.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the authority in your country.
